Carol Kelly has been the Center Director since the opening day in April 2001. She has worked within the child care field for over 25 years, and has served as the Director of Child Care Programs for the Economic Opportunity Council of Suffolk, Inc. since 1988.

Lauren Clark has the been the Assistant Director for the past 6 years. During that time she has completed her Masters degree and New York State Teaching Certification in Special Education (birth-2) and Elementary Education 1-6, while working at the center as a Lead Pre-K teacher. Her education has provided her with the skills to assist families with special needs to get the services they require.
