Carol Kelly has been the Center Director since the opening day in April 2001. She has worked within the child care field since 1988 when she was appointed Director of Child Care Programs for the Economic Opportunity Council of Suffolk, Inc.

The Economic Opportunity Council of Suffolk, Inc. provides a variety of services to residents of Suffolk County, Long Island, New York by using all available resources. We promote a goal of self-sufficiency by broadening the minds of children, revitalizing communities and assisting families and children in need through coordination of available federal, state, local and private resources.
Erin Murphy has been the Assistant Director since January 2019. Before that she was the Pre-K teacher at Way to Grow for five years. Erin has completed her Master’s degree and New York State Teaching Certification in Special Education (1st-6th grade) and Elementary Education (Pre K-6th grade). Her education has provided her with the skills to assist families with special needs to get the services they require. Erin is skilled in age appropriate curriculum and assisting other teachers in the classroom. She is constantly adding fun and innovative ways to teach and learn.
